Buldecor is the main furniture manufacturer of the newest symbol of urban luxury and business excellence in Sofia – East Plaza Hotel. Located at the city’s main gateway, the hotel is easily accessible and an ideal venue for a wide range of events. Rising across 26 floors, the hotel offers breathtaking panoramic views of Sofia and the surrounding mountains, turning every stay into an unforgettable experience. Our scope of work covered all of the hotels’ key spaces – the lobby, the Sunset restaurant, the Moon bar, rooms and suites, the fitness center, as well as the seven multifunctional meeting and conference rooms, each designed to elevate the experience of the respective event. The building was awarded the prestigious first prize in the "Multifunctional Building" category in the most renowned competition for investment projects, construction and architecture in Bulgaria - "Building of the Year 2024".
